During the process, the Kids in the Band got an instrument from Jong Beatrix, and in the third period they will learn how to play it. This will happen individually or in small groups. Each lesson will be started and ended together. In this way the children can share experiences and show each other their progress. This period will conclude with a presentation for parents and friends. The presentation also marks the last lesson of Kids in the Band. After this the young musicians can go on and become members of Jong Beatrix. Off course we hope that many children will do this, but joining Jong Beatrix is no obligation to participate in Kids in the Band.
Kids in the Band is for every child who wants to learn about music and its possibilities in a playful manner. Be sure to visit, join the other kids and experience the pleasure that music can offer you!
