Within the brass section there are still spots available. Every section still needs some support, but we are specially still looking for strong men or women to play Contra. This is your chance!
The brass has been working hard to grow as a group in the last years. We also want the members to grow individually. For that reason many hours of rehearsal are spend on improving the quality of the members’ playing. To achieve this we work with a technical book and arrange clinics with prominent musicians and instructors.
Last month, the horn line already started to work on the opener, but in the last week they were more focused on the Christmas concerts of December 17th and 24th. If you join now you can catch up with the music and you will not have missed too much. Enough reason to still join the adventure.
On Friday evenings and Saturdays we work hard to be able to shine on the contest fields and events. Next to that the club also offers a lot of fun experiences during bus trips, section trips, weekend trips, the yearly Easter camp and more.
Still not convinced? Or do you want to attend a rehearsal? You’re welcome on Saturday, January 7th at the corps hall on the Neuweg 357 in Hilversum. This day will be de last chance to enroll for the 2012 season.
